The Ready to Publish package is a streamlined publishing pathway for authors who already have a professionally edited manuscript and technically compliant production files.
Huggins Publishers will assess the manuscript, interior and cover files before confirming eligibility. A manuscript that requires professional editing, extensive corrections or major redesign will not qualify for this pathway.

Returning Huggins Author

Royalties are calculated using Net Publishing Receipts as defined in the author’s publishing agreement.

Production-Readiness Requirements
To qualify for the Ready to Publish pathway, the author should provide:
• A professionally edited and proofread manuscript
• A correctly formatted print-ready interior file
• A production-ready full-wrap cover or approved cover materials
• Final title, subtitle and author name
• Final book description and author biography
• High-resolution images used with appropriate permission
• Written permission for any third-party content
• Complete and accurate publication information
What Is Not Included
The Ready to Publish package does not include:
• Professional copyediting
• Developmental or structural editing
• Extensive proofreading
• Major manuscript reconstruction
• Major interior redesign
• Substantial cover redesign
• Research, fact-checking or permissions clearance
If the submitted files do not meet the required standard, the manuscript may be transferred to the Professional Publishing pathway or declined.
Assessment Before Payment
Do not make payment before assessment and written acceptance. Huggins Publishers will review the submitted materials and confirm whether the manuscript qualifies for the Ready to Publish package.
